For years, sports sponsorship has mostly meant professional leagues and star athletes, and student discount platforms have mostly featured national chains. The grassroots team down the road and the independent café next to campus were left out of both.

That's a missed chance for everyone. Local businesses want to reach the students and fans who live nearby. Students want to save at the places they already love. Local teams need backing to keep playing.

I saw it first-hand on a university society committee, chasing local cafés for member perks by email. So I set out to build something local-first and neighbourhood-friendly, where partnerships are easy to find, fair to agree and simple to keep. That's Localink Uni and Localink Sports.
